San Diego International [KSAN] airport for Tower!3D Pro

San Diego International Airport (IATA: SAN, ICAO: KSAN, FAA LID: SAN), also known as Lindbergh Field.
By being the busiest single runway airport in the US it adds some different challenge to the controllers.
KSAN has a displaced threshold that is simulated within Tower!3D Pro so the planes will not land at the end of the runway.
